Greek Bruschetta “Riganada” with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ingredients
  • Loaves of country bread  /  2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes  /  2 ripe, chopped or grated
  • Navarino Icons White Balsamic Vinegar  / 
  • Navarino Icons Extra Virgin Olive Oil  / 
  • Navarino Icons Sea Salt Flower  / 
  • Oregano  / 

Grill the bread loaves until they are nicely toasted. Place the grilled bread on a plate. Drizzle with some Navarino Icons white balsamic vinegar and Navarino Icons extra virgin olive oil, then sprinkle with oregano.

Top the bread with the chopped or grated tomatoes. Finish with a bit more oregano, a sprinkle of Navarino Icons sea salt flower, and another drizzle of olive oil.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
