Return & Refund Policy

The customer has the right to return the order or part of the order within 7 calendar dates from receipt and request the relevant refund.

The customer has the right to return items in case they do not match the order or they are damaged.

Opened products (i.e glass jars) cannot be returned to the seller.

Upon receiving the returned items, the seller will refund the per-item charge for delivery.

Transportation costs for the return are covered by the seller in case of missing or damaged item(s).

In case of return due to other reasons (i.e non-needed item), the customer covers the shipping costs to the warehouse indicated.

The seller is not required to refund or replace an order if the customer refuses to return the item(s).

Packages and products should be safely packed for return purposes. 

Upon receipt by the seller, the refund will be issued within 5 business dates to the same bank account that the order was charged.
