Maniatiko Rusk with Feta Cheese

Ingredients
  • Oregano  /  1 tsp.
  • Navarino Icons Sea Salt Flower  /  a pinch
  • Navarino Icons Estate Grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil  /  2 tbsp.
  • Navarino Icons White Balsamic Vinegar  /  1 tsp.
  • Feta cheese  /  ½ cup grated
  • Tomatoes  /  1 ripe tomato chopped or cubed
  • Maniatiko rusk  /  2 traditional pieces

If needed, soak the rusks in water until soft. Put them on a plate and sprinkle with vinegar and olive oil. Top with chopped tomatoes and feta cheese. Sprinkle with salt and oregano before serving.
