Maniatiko Rusk with Feta Cheese

  • Navarino Icons Vinegar with Rosemary and Thyme  / 
  • Feta cheese  /  ½ cup grated
  • Tomatoes  /  1 ripe tomato chopped or cubed
  • Maniatiko rusk  /  2 traditional pieces

Soak the rusks in water until soft. Put them on a plate, sprinkle with vinegar and olive oil and add chopped tomatoes and feta cheese. Sprinkle with salt and oregano before serving.
