Ingredients
  • Large Tomatoes  /  4
  • Cucumber  /  1
  • Red Onion  /  1
  • Green Pepper  /  1
  • Red Pepper  /  1
  • Navarino Icons Kalamon Olives  /  1 cup
  • Feta cheese  /  200 grams
  • Capers  /  2 tbsp.
  • Fresh mint  /  1/4 cup (optional)
  • Navarino Icons Extra Virgin Olive Oil  /  3 tbsp.
  • Navarino Icons Sea Salt Flower  /  a pinch
  • Pepper  /  a pinch

Wash the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell peppers thoroughly. Set aside to dry. Chop the tomatoes, slice the cucumber, thinly slice the red onion, and slice the green and red bell peppers.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell peppers, Navarino Icons Kalamon Olives, feta cheese cubes, capers, and mint.

Drizzle Navarino Icons Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the salad according to your preference. Toss gently to combine, ensuring all the ingredients are coated with the olive oil.

Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the salad to a serving dish. Optionally, garnish with a few fresh mint leaves or a sprinkle of dried oregano for extra flavor. Serve immediately.
