Wash the greens thoroughly, then cut them by hand into small pieces and place them in a large bowl. Season with salt. Add the Gruyere cheese, orange wedges, pomegranate seeds, and almonds. Pour one jar of Navarino Icons Olive Spoon Sweet and Navarino Icons Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the top. Blend well and serve.
