
Mediterranean Dressing Collection
Creamy Yogurt & Honey Balsamic Dressing
Ingredients:
• 100 g strained Greek yogurt (2% fat)
• 20 ml Navarino Icons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 10 ml lemon juice
• 1 tsp Navarino Icons Pure Greek Honey (7 g)
• 5 ml Navarino Icons Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar (1 tsp)
• 1 tsp mustard
• Salt and pepper
Method:
1. Place all the ingredients in a clean jar.
2. Stir well with a spoon until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt or additional lemon juice/honey, if needed.
4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Citrus Honey Mustard Dressing
Ingredients:
• 60 ml Navarino Icons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 40 ml fresh orange juice
• 1 tsp orange zest
• 2 tsp Navarino Icons Pure Greek Honey (14 g)
• 2 tsp mustard
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
Method:
1. In a small jar, combine the olive oil, orange juice, and orange zest.
2. Add the honey and mustard. Stir well with a spoon or shake vigorously until the mixture is fully emulsified.
3. Drizzle over your salad just before serving.

Fig & Pomegranate Balsamic Dressing
Ingredients:
• 50 ml Navarino Icons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 20 ml Navarino Icons Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 tbsp Navarino Icons Organic Fig Jam
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in a small jar with a lid.
2. Stir well with a spoon until the marmalade dissolves and the mixture is fully emulsified.
3. Drizzle over your salad just before serving.
