Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until they form a thick paste. In a frying pan heat the olive oil and add a few spoonfuls of the paste. Fry on both sides, remove and place on kitchen paper to strain. Then place on a platter and sprinkle the pancakes with walnut crumbs and cinnamon.
