In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until the mixture forms a smooth, thick batter. Heat a few tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, spoon the batter into the pan to form small pancakes, about 8-10 cm in diameter. Fry the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
