  • Poire Williams pear liqueur  /  15ml
  • Navarino Icons Extra Virgin Olive Oil  /  40ml Navarino Icons Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with 7 different herbs

Products Used

1. Place the gin, mastiha liqueur, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, and pear liqueur in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake well.
3. Double strain the mixture into a martini glass.
