In a small bowl, whisk together the Navarino Icons Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Navarino Icons White Balsamic Vinegar or Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar. Optionally, add honey for a touch of sweetness.
Season the vinaigrette with Navarino Icons Sea Salt Flower and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning or sweetness according to your preference.
Just give it a good shake before using.
