
Mediterranean Pasta with Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a small pinch of Sea Salt Flower, then cook the pasta until al dente.
2. In a large bowl, combine the Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Dip with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Mix gently to create a smooth sauce.
4. Once the pasta is ready, drain and immediately toss it into the bowl with the sauce. Stir well until evenly coated.
5. Serve in a deep dish, top with fresh basil leaves, and finish with a touch more Sea Salt Flower if desired.
