1. Preheat the oven to 170°C and line a loaf tin or small round tin with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon and cloves. Add the eggs and mix gently.
3. Slowly drizzle in the Navarino Icons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, then stir in the Navarino Icons Fig Marmalade. Whisk until you achieve a smooth and even batter.
4. Add the citrus zest and whisk once more to incorporate it fully.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the surface.
6. Sprinkle with flaked almonds, if desired.
7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
8. Allow it to cool slightly before slicing.
