  • Potatoes  /  2kg young potatoes with skin
  • Navarino Icons Estate Grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil  /  1 cup
  • Navarino Icons Sea Salt with rosemary  /  5 tbsp.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and leave the skin on. Rub them with extra virgin olive oil and generously sprinkle with sea salt.

In a small bowl, mix together the juice of one lemon, 1 tablespoon of mustard, and 1 teaspoon of dried oregano. Drizzle this mixture over the potatoes, making sure they are evenly coated.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 1 hour.

Serve hot as a side dish with any meat, fish, or as a main course.
