• Potatoes  /  2kg young potatoes with skin
  • Navarino Icons Estate Grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil  /  1 cup
  • Navarino Icons Sea Salt with rosemary  /  5 tbsp.

Wash potatoes thoroughly and leave skin on. Rub with extra virgin olive oil and generously sprinkle with sea salt. Bake in preheated oven, at 200°C for 1 hour. Serve the roasted young potatoes, hot as a side dish with any meat, fish or salad featured here.
